PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court Sept. 16-18:

* Michell K. Davis, 4425 Auburn Road, Huntington, pleaded no contest to speed limitations and fined $175.25.

* Evan Jonathon Jenks, 2223 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to traffic-control signal and fined $180.25. A charge of failure to an operators license was dismissed after produce it was shown to the court.

* Ginny R. Pierce, 1062 40th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $175.25.

* Anthony Scott Flanagan, 1711 9th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on a $3,000 bond.

* Brian Dean Caseman, 56 Bethel Woods Dr., Waverly, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on a $3,500 bond.

* Thomas Davis Miller, 294 Kittle St., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene and having no insurance and released on a $500 bond.

* Cordelia Marie Green, 2016 Wolfe Pen Hollow Rd., Ravenswood, was arraigned on charges of speeding in a construction zone and an operators violation and released on $500 bond.

* Tina Anette Pinkerton, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting less than $500 and released on a $500 bond.

* Damion J. Jackson, 1468 Wayland Dr., Columbus, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 bond.

* Allen Marshall Lott, 149 Bob O Link Circle, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance, two registration violations, two driving on a suspended license, MVI violation and having no insurance. He was released on a $4,000 bond.

* Bradley James Malone, 467 Island View Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, speeding and having expired registration. He was released on a $1,000 bond.

* Christopher James Hunt, 1000 Kemper St. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of MVI violation, registration violation, fraudulent MVI and two counts of driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

* Carey Lea Riggs, 4 Lynwood Dr., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense DUI and released on a $2,000 bond.

* Gracie Michelle Graham, 246 Valley Mills Rd., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, obstruction, battery of a police officer and indecent exposure and held on $3,000 held.

* Lois Ann Robertson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and released on $2,500 bond.

* Kenneth Ray Sasser Jr., 1205 Poplar St., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property, disorderly conduct and failure to fingerprint and held on a $300 bond.

* Gregory Sean Bailey, 124 East 6th St. Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of having no operator’s license and failure to obey a traffic control device and released on a $1,000 bond.

* Joseph David Ayers, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and released on a $500 bond.

* Anthony Lewis Lawrence, 906A Apt. 2 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of assault and released on $500 bond.

* Darrell Alan Boggs, 117 Locust St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $270.25 and up to six months in jail with a credit of eight days credit for time served. He was ordered to pay $207.34 to the Vienna Wal-Mart store.

* Tonya R. Hays, 275 Jones Run Rd., Walker, had charges of driving on a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign dismissed.

* Joshua Auther Goodwin, 39 Triana Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. He had a charge of not having done a separate examination to operate a motorcycle dismissed.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 19:

* Jacob A Work, 102 Brentwood Heights, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $175.25.

* Dylan Henry Lelis, 10484 Linden Road, Wexford, Pa, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $220.25.

* John R. Hastings Jr., 162 Island Breeze Ave., Daytona Beach, Fla., pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $175.25.

* Kevin M. Scott, 15257 Cemetery Road, Gulfport, Miss., pleaded guilty to failure to obey traffic control devices and fined $175.25.

* Michael Allen Sheppard, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $175.25.

* Brandon Michael Burdette, 218 Chesterville Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $170.25 and up to 60 days in jail with 10 days credit for time served which runs concurrent with parole sentencing.

* Tyler James Ash, 1213 Wilson Fork Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $190.25.

* Adrienne Jean Kelly, 2931 Seventh Ave., Huntington, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $190.25 and rulings to 90 jails in jail which was suspended and Kelly was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Andrea Elizabeth Holbert, 596 Orem Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to obstruction and fined $230.25. A charge of shoplifting was dismissed.

* Natasha Dawn Thorn-Smith, 877 Dry Run Rd., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction (from a capias warrant), possession of heroin, to be fingerprinted, obstruction, having no operator’s license and having no proof of insurance. She was held on $6,000 bond.

* Tiffany Lynn Backus, 16 Knotts Ave. Apt. 12, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license and having no insurance. She was released on a $1,000 bond.

* Kathryn Johanna Horadan-Seeber, 2402 Pond Creek Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and released on a $500 bond.

* Alice Jean Chapman, 507 Boso St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense driving on a suspended operator’s license for DUI and using a cellphone while driving and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jennifer Terraine Blacksher, 1015 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI and crossing the median and released on a $1,000 bond.

* Michael Robert Parks, 1026 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI and held on a $3,000 bond.

* Joshua S. Gibson, 49 Phoenix St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny and destruction of property and released on a $10,000 bond.

* A charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license was dismissed against Kenneth Allen Newbanks, 6509 West Colter St., Glendale, Ariz.

* Francis Loraine Dorsey, 39 Duckwork Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, fined $205.25 and judgments to 30 days in jail which was suspended and Dorsey was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed.

* Gary Paul Barker, 817 Lenore St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $200.25 and rulings to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Charges of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription and accidents involving damage to vehicle were shorted.

* Dakota Leigh Hiley, 3543 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25.

* Jarrot M. Price, 1815 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $175.25.

* A charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license was dismissed against Samantha Rose Talbott, Parkersburg, after paying all previous fines and is in the process of getting a new license. Charges of having no insurance and a cell phone violation were also dismissed.

* Austin Richard Dailey, 96 Wildwood Dr. Apt. 101, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. Charges of striking highway fixtures and having an open container were dismissed.

* A preliminary hearing was waived on a charge of grand larceny against Eric Lee Harmon Jr., 2205 Nora St., Parkersburg. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* A preliminary hearing was waved on a charge of grand larceny against Stephen Skylar McCutcheon, 1134 Turkey Foot Road, Mineral Wells. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
